Photo Metadata
Some elements of IPTC Metadata are both useful and important to the operation of this web site. Please understand these guidelines and abide by them as far as practical. Elements that should be set or considered are listed in the following table:

| Caption | Description of image, not always used, but when it is supplied the site displays it as a caption. |
| Copyright | Optional; by sharing your images on this site you are granting permission to the site owners to share and use those images within the context and scope of Barrett Photo projects. |
| Creator | The name of the photographer |
| GPS Data | Include this if available for use in Photo Book creation. |
| Keywords | Several keyword conventions are in use and outlined in the next section. |
| Title | This field is recommended, but not required. When it is supplied the site displays it as a title. |
